Federal Relations Network

While being located in the nation’s Capitol offers tremendous benefits to the University, it also makes Georgetown one of the few universities represented by a non-voting delegate in the House and no Member in the Senate. Therefore, the Office of Federal Relations has created the Federal Relations Network (FedNet) listserv to help members of the Georgetown community communicate with Congress when issues particularly critical to the University arise.

Below are links to enrollment forms for Georgetown alumni and current students; simply provide your name, e-mail address, and college/year of graduation, and you’ll automatically be enrolled to receive updates on Congressional internships, legislation affecting students and the University, and campus events with Members of Congress.

Government Resources

As advocates on behalf of the University, the Office of Federal Relations encourages alumni and students to communicate with their Senators and Representatives about issues important to them, especially those regarding higher education.
